Talks between Microsoft and the Department of Justice are still ongoing. Microsoft has agreed to wait until Monday to ship Windows 98 to it's hardware partners. However, MS still plans on shipping the software update in bulk on June 25. Details are still sketchy, but appears that Microsoft may be making some concessions to avoid the filing of the antitrust suit that was to be files today at noon. However, according to Microsoft's OEM's (or hardware partners), these concessions may not mean much.

Several news sites are reporting that Mac OS X will drop Display Postscript in an effort to keep the price low. Instead, the new OS will feature a newer QuickDraw.
