In a PC Magazine editorial, John Dvorak says that he won't pay for Windows 98, which he insists is litte more than a bug fix release. In the auto industry, he point out, when a new car has a defect it is recalled and fixed by the manufacturer free of charge. Microsoft should do the same thing.
A TechWeb article covers the revelation that NC proponents just had: that NCs are particularly well suited for the people who are not computer savvy.
